Monthly income must be minimum 3 times the monthly rent and be verifiable.
Must not have any prior evictions.
Must not have any felony convictions for violent/armed crimes ever and fraud/trafficking illegal substances in last 10 years.
Credit and background checks will be run. A lower credit score does not automatically disqualify you nor does no credit built up yet if you re just getting started in life as an adult.
